For some people, the dynamics of a group help them understand better how they view themselves and others, often revealing unknown aspects of the individual. Usually, sharing becomes easier when done with the support of peers. Sessions include up to twelve group members working on the same topic, i/e: parenting, family, personal and business relationships, divorce, life transitions, job, career, illness, loss of a loved one, etc. Once we identify the problem, we work together to find the solutions. When group therapy ends, you will have tools to use in the future.

Just as our clothes reflect our taste in fashion, our business might also reflect some aspect of ourselves. Whether we know it or not, the same Belief Systems (BS) we adopted, sometimes inherited, or learned from parents, teachers, leaders, etc., also influence our business. Mindfulness means being conscious, or aware of something, moment by moment. The practice of mindfulness is a valuable addition to psychotherapy. When done as a daily exercise, it positively impacts the individual, enhancing the health at body, mind, and spirit levels. There is extensive research showing that mindfulness not only reduces high blood pressure, stress, anxiety, and depression but also improves memory, attention, and overall energy levels. This ancient practice benefits adults, as well as children. The earlier children start practicing, the better will be their results. 

In his book "The Biology of Belief," Dr. Bruce Lipton states: "Our beliefs control our bodies, our minds, and thus, our lives...". When you understand this concept thoroughly, you can change your life for good. People might think it is hard to let go of their old Beliefs Systems (BS). Children are most precious, they are our future, and we believe that "it takes a village..." Also, we believe that by raising children who are healthy in all their aspects, we increase our odds at creating a better society. Our work consists of teaching them meditation, and getting them started early in the practice of mindfulness. However, if the child has specific "problems," we help them by reprogramming their belief systems, and next, they will learn how mindful meditation can assist them.
